At the request of Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple of Greater Chicago (Balaji), children trained by Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam will be performing the Utsava Sampradaya Kritis during the Ugadi celebrations

Saturday, 20 Mar 2010 at 6:30 PM (assembly at 6 PM)

The songs being performed are:

• Hechharikagaa Raara, Yadukula Kamboji,Kanda chapu Talam
• Seeta KalyaaNa vaibhOgame in Kurunji, Jhampe Talam
• Nagumomu galavaani in Madhyamavati, Adi Talam

CTU is looking to coordinate at least one practice session before this performance.  CTU requests interested children trained on these kritis to practice them.

Children will be singing in the temple auditoritum downstairs.  All children trained by CTU are welcome to participate. There are no age limits for participation.
